Calaveras Mariposa Community Action Agency (CMCAA)

Established in 1991 through a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), the Calaveras Mariposa Community Action Agency (CMCAA) is dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families in need throughout Calaveras and Mariposa Counties.

As a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) agency and member of the National Community Action Partnership Network, CMCAA develops effective, responsive programs that address local needs and service gaps. Through collaboration with our Board, community partners, and subcontractors, we continually assess needs, measure outcomes, and improve services to create meaningful and measurable impact.
